Day 1 of Bali was too tiring.
Arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning. I decided to go to sleep straight away but then seeing B taking shower, it felt refreshing, so I ended having it after.
Wake up at 8:00 a.m.
I couldn't sleep from the noise outside.
After breakfast, walking around at the back of the hotel. There were so many shops, little local shops, everywhere.
And they kept on calling us to buy stuffs. I decided not to buy anything on my first day. Save money first.
After lunch, we headed off to Discovery Mall. Finally a decent mall to go to.
Mark & Spencer, Sogo, Periplus, Guess are all here! Yayy!!
It cost around 20 000 Rupiah by taxi to go there from our hotel.
As talkative I can be, I asked the taxi driver how much does it cost for a taxi fare from the airport to the hotel.
He said only around 40 000 rupiah maximum.
What?!!! We paid 100 000 Rupiah for that last night!
I let you know later how much did I spend for our first day in Bali.
Dinner at Jimbaran Seafood...
The place is nice facing the beach. If you are on honeymoon you should go there. Its so romantic.
Anyway, the seafood plus drink for two: 750 000 Rupiah!!
Day 1 & 2:
Taxi from the airport: 100 000 Rupiah
Shopping for clothes: 300 000 Rupiah
Krispy Kreme: 50 000 Rupiah
Taxi back and forth hotel: 60 000 Rupiah
Taxi for dinner return: 40 000 Rupiah
Dinner at Jimbaran: 750 000 Rupiah
Do the total la ah....
